“The 21st Century View of Life and Death” Part 1

This is about “the 21st century View of Life and Death.” However, people experience life and death even if it is not in the 21st century. Our life does not end when we are born, live and die. We repeat being born, living and dying over an eternal period of time.
However, many modern people fear death. According to a survey, more than a half of Japanese people “fear” death. Also, another survey confirmed that more than 90% of respondents in their 20’s-70’s consider death as “sadness,” and more than 60% feel anxious about it somehow.
No matter how much we fear and feel sad about death, it surely comes to us because tomorrow comes. When we think, “I do not want to die” and live today, death surely gets closer to us every day in which we live.

Time is life

No matter how much we try to stop the flow of time, it is impossible because time is life. Time never stops and continues to change, transfigures and circulates, so it is the base of the universe. We are a part of the life of the times, and continue to travel on the vehicle of time in the universe.

We cannot encounter an existence which does not get on this vehicle of time in this world. Everything has a unique cycle, each cycle marked by time, which are interlocked with each other and compose a great chain of life.

When one cycle in that great life marks an end, we call it “death.” Every living being surely will face death. However, instead people fear death, avoid it, consider death vaguely, and live blindly. When death is ambiguous, the meaning of life is also unclear. All issues which we encounter are generated from the fact that we are alive. While we make the meaning of life vague, we continue to hold the same problems.

Why are humans born, and why do they live and die?
The view of life and death is a fundamental theme of humanity. Each one of us lives according to a cycle and reason for our existence. Only when we understand the great system of life, will we be able to live a truly fulfilling one, and depart beyond death with joy.

“The 21st Century View of Life and Death” is delivered in a series.
The system of life in this world will be unlocked in Part 1!

The Body Continues to Change through Circulation, however the Soul Ties it together.

Everything exists based on yin and yang in the universe. If our body is considered as visible yang, invisible yin exists behind it, which is the soul.

As we say “yin and yang,” yin exists first in the original system of this world, and then yang is generated based on it. For our life, the soul exists first, and attracts various substances in the universe by connection. This is how our body is formed. The state in which the soul and body become a pair is when we are considered “alive.” The soul’s original connection weaves everything from the shape, personality, to what kind of family we have, and where we are born. The connection between each soul and body has an original cycle, which is longevity.

When the lifetime ends, the soul leaves the body. Then, components of the body which are tied by the soul are released from the connection, and begin their journey to return to the three-dimensional ecosystem. They become ingredients for the formation of future life. On the other hand, the soul returns to anther dimensional universe which is appropriate for each soul.

The different dimensional universe which is appropriate for each soul exists widely from hellish to high-dimensional universes with multi-dimensional structures. With so many probabilities of dimensional universes, it is the world of living beings on earth where varying degrees of souls gather into existence as one time and space. That is, living on earth is like a tour of experiences in an ecosystem where we can encounter diverse existences all at the same time. Souls live a life which are appropriate to the cycle of each level of awareness, face a death which is appropriate to the life, return to the universe, after which they come back to earth with another appropriate connection, and mark a new cycle.

Relay of Life

Nothing increases or decreases in the universe. The universe just changes the form and circulates. Therefore, it is the universal reality that everything continues to change and transform. In such a great universal circulation, our body also changes and circulates in the ecosystem.

The five elements which compose the global ecosystem are earth, water, fire, wind and air. Humans circulate with the five elements and live. We eat crops which are nurtured by the earth and drink water. Our excrement becomes the source to nurture the next life, which takes in the sunlight, transforms it into energy, emits it, receives wind, and breathes in and out. Carbon dioxide which was emitted becomes food for plants to grow. It is a relay of life in which life always flows from others to ourselves, takes in necessary things, changes form and become taken over by others again. The flow is not one, but many patterns overlap and link with each other. We are always given a fresh life from various existences in the circulation of the natural ecosystem, we are supported, and also create a part of it. On the contrary, unless we are in this circulation, our life cannot exist. It is the “altruistic” system in which our existences support others to maintain this circulation.

It is the soul which ties the various functions of the body that incessantly continue to change and transform, and maintain as one life form. Humans have considered this life form, which has never been in the same state even for a moment, as the “self.” Furthermore, they began to become trapped in the recognition of the self. This is the ego.

Modern People who are Trapped in the Ego and have Forgotten the Great System of this World

There is a significant difference between humans and animals; humans can become aware of the ego. Animals also have an ego, but it is instinctive and not what they are trapped in. However, the human ego stands at the side of themselves, which they become attached to.

The universe in which we live always continues to change and transform, which is its reality. But, humans, who have developed an ego, came to fix themselves and maintain their same state, rather than change according to the universal law. When a human (人) enters a frame (□), it becomes the Chinese character for “constraint (囚).” In this manner, people have confined themselves in the frame of the ego. Moreover, they have forgotten that this world is a chain of life in which everything supports each other, and they are a part of it.

This world is a network of life in which independent individuals are connected by an altruistic system. Every single human soul has an original individuality. When they are connected with each other and become one collectivity, they create an abundant world full of diversity. However, when we look at each individuality, it is also “one-sided.”

When a one-sided person has forgotten to collaborate with others and lives for self-satisfaction, the world will develop problems which are appropriate to its imbalance, and it will reach a dead end. This world makes humans experience their own imbalance through a deadlock, and learn the importance of connecting with each other. However, the more humans put their consciousness toward “themselves,” the stronger the human ego becomes, for which they have lost sight of this system. They are trapped in only visible values, have forgotten that the whole is the collectivity of individuals, and have sought their own happiness. As a result, individualities, which are supposed to complement each other and enrich the world due to diversity, came to make conflicts due to this diversity and generate disharmony in the world. Then, they have brought various issues both to the world and humans.

The Eternal Self Exists Deep Inside of You

We show our will by crying as soon as we are born, and seek eating and sleeping. It is an instinctive action to survive, but it is not our life purpose.

This world is a so-called fabric of life. Numerous lives weave the circulation of life under the five natural elements of earth, water, fire, wind and air, which are expressions of the expansion of the natural ecosystem (the phenomenal world). On the other hand, there is the circulation for the home of souls (the potential world), which is the source of all lives. The original energy as the source of life which comes from there always continues to give a fresh life force to us.

Yin exists first in this world, and yang is generated based on it. Yin is the thread in the fabric of life, and yang is the cloth. However, modern people are trapped in only visible matters, and have forgotten the existence of this thread. The world has lost sight of the thread and has become confused to the origination of the visible world. As a spinning top which loses its axis, the world has continued to be in a wavering and unstable state. However, no matter how much we do not recognize that existence, we are constantly given life in the circulation of the thread and cloth. Our true purpose of being born in this world is to gain the body, live in the phenomenal world, and polish our souls which are behind the visible body through phenomena. This plays the role of being the fundamental axis of how we live.

Unless we incessantly breathe, eat and excrete, we cannot survive. We can say that living is a state in which we are bound by the body, and also bound by water, soil and air. However, originally, souls are infinite existences.

The eternal self exists behind the figure which you think is “yourself.” When we remove the constraint of the self, the unknown world which we have never encountered will expand. Infinite possibilities are hidden within humans.

A long time ago, there was only light in this world. If we are in only light, we cannot see it. God, who was the perfect light itself, was bored. “I cannot know myself because I am perfect.”

Then, God divided its perfect body. God created darkness to understand what light is, and threw it to the farthest point from himself. God created a very long path to return to the original light.

Admission into a School of the Earth

Each one of numerous souls which floats in the universe is very unique. Because it was divided from the perfect oneness, every single soul is imperfect, one-sided, and has an original individuality. However, the souls cannot see their own figures as they are. “How can I understand myself?” Then, the planet Earth was created by the universal consensus. The souls came down on earth together, gained perfect forms and personalities which were appropriate to their individualities, and began a tour of experiencing the global ecosystem.

Many things occur on earth every day. The souls, which have gained a body had various experiences throughout life, and came to know who they were through these experiences. What kind of vibrancy we emit changes the events we encounter. “I see. I am such an existence.”

The flow of time is majestic, and changes are very slow in the universe. However, phenomena occur one after another in the system of repeating changes, transformation and transfiguration here on earth. In such a situation, the paths of souls are diverse. Some learn from the events they encounter one after another, and evolve rapidly. Some are trapped by visible matters, forget the purpose of coming to earth, and repeat the same thing many times. It is like they entered the school of the earth.

When the expiration date for learning finally comes, souls face graduation in the form of “death.” They return to a different dimensional universe which is appropriate to their level of awareness.

Earth is the only place where souls can know who they are and evolve. After they end their learning, they return to the universe with a report card from the earth school. Then, they come to the earth again to learn, thinking “Alright, I will learn more this time!” after a while.

In order to Make the Whole Universe Beautiful

Stars in the universe are interestingly watching the process for the evolution of souls on earth. When the souls, which have gained a body through coming to earth, enhance themselves and become aware of the truth, stars react to it, and the center of the galaxy billows and becomes astir. Even if it is only one soul, if it is excellent, it has such an influence on the universe.

Currently, the souls, which came down on earth as humans, live with a very narrow worldview. They are trapped in the ego and have lost sight of their life purpose. It seems as if they are distracting themselves out of their fear of death, while trying hard to gratify their own desires. As a result, problems have overflowed in the world.

However, the era surely moves toward the direction of light. Since God put darkness in the farthest point from himself, we have experienced what darkness is, have repeated life and death so many times, and have taken a path to return to the original world of light.

Now that the era has faced the 21st century, we have entered a new cycle from the year 2000 to the year 3000. This means that humans living on earth have faced the era when they become aware of the true meaning of life. It is different from the conventional era when one sacred person appeared and preached teachings, and people who sought help swarmed to get them. When each one of us awakens to what is sleeping inside of ourselves, we will become precious and live. Such an era has finally arrived.

We have faced the era when we evolve from the existence of one who is trapped with the ego and brings confusion to the world, to one who expresses the true value of humans on earth and brings the right order to this world for all living beings. When each one of the souls becomes beautiful, the earth and the universe will become beautiful.

In order to do so, we should remove the constraint of the “ourselves.”

――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――

The structure of this world which consists of “the world of existence” and “the world of non-existence” will be unlocked in Part 2 of the View of Life and Death.

To The People Who live The New Era towards Year 3000

The Mayan New Year Ceremony on July 26th, 2014

July 26th is the Mayan New Year. Three years ago, on July 26th, 2014, Venerable Grandmother Na-kin who is the spiritual leader of the Mayan solar tradition in Mexico visited the Konohana Family and held the ceremony to celebrate the Mayan New year at our sacred land – Miyanoshita Place by overlooking the Mt. Fuji. Since then on this particular day, the Konohana Family has held the ceremony every year to enfold the earth with a wave of prayer. In the early morning of July 26th, 2017, the Konohana Family members get together at the Miyanoshita Place, and after offered a song and a dance of Katakamuna, Isadon gave the following speech.

To The People Who live The New Era towards Year 3000

~ What We Encounter in Our Life Is An Evidence of Our Life ~

Right now, by attending this ceremony under the cloudy sky with misty rain, an image came in my mind that is the Earth floating in the universe space.

It rains on the ground, but it does not rain on the earth itself because the earth is located in the universe space. Here, at this moment, it is raining misty rain as if it is in consideration of the universe. This is the water of life that is the proof for us to live on the earth. If you think of that as an unpleasant thing, an unpleasant world will be developed on the earth. But, if you think the rain gives moisture to your life and can then receive it as “I am humbly receiving it”, you are given a very precious thing. Because with this blessing of water, we can weave and live our life.

It is July 26th today, the Mayan New Year. The reason we celebrate the Mayan New Year with this kind of ceremony is because we have lived our life to encounter this kind of thing. That is also a proof of our life.

We, human beings encounter various events on this earth as long as we are alive. Whatever you encounter in your life is all evidence of how you have lived your life, and you encounter it as a result of your life up to that point. Currently, there is so much stagnation that cannot be solved at the global level, and though world leaders have been exploring ways to solve them; the stagnation will not be solved with that movement. Because whatever the phenomena, it was given to them as a result of how they have lived their life up to that point. Therefore, it is necessary to change their (and our) attitude to life in order to change the phenomena. As a result of encountering the phenomena, if they realize what kind of their attitude of life brought that result and change it, naturally and automatically, the phenomena will lose its significance of being and vanish. When they do not change their attitude to life without learning anything, but keep exploring phenomena, it is called “Desire”.

This natural world and also the law of the universe consists of a system of retribution. There is a cause, and because of this there is a result. There, a suitable phenomenon promises to occur. There is nothing more thankful than this because a suitable phenomenon will emerge for that person. And now, why you are gathering here together is that you have lived the deserved life. I wonder how much consciousness you have to gather here together on this occasion. That current consciousness will appear as a form in every one of your future lives, and at the same time, this creates a society. That is a matter of course.

It is time for human beings to need to know about this. The era of looking at the surface of unpleasant occurrences, and then trying to solve them, has ended. How you will live from now on, depends on how you think of your own life and what you want in that life. This means your life is in your hands. Why we have not had it in our hands is because we ignored the system of life which we have been given from the world , and have instead lived selfishly by following our desires.

We gather here together today because as a people who understand the system, we have the awareness to be able to embody this in our life as a phenomenon. There is no profit-and-loss arithmetic or a desire to have a better life for ourselves. Living only as the era requires while the universe is also formed. By living so, at this major turning point, we can clearly show how people can live in the future era. You all stand here as people who are aware of it.

Now, rain comes down. On this ceremony day, is it a blessing of the universe if weather is sunny and dry? That is a human centric thought and desire. If the weather is always sunny, we cannot live. From the universe, this is the effect of the circulation of life on earth. We need to understand such a system as an evidence of why we live, and also to understand all happy and unhappy matters are part of the system of life. The people who understand that do not live their life for their convenience. This is how to live beautifully: by cutting off one’s desires, and instead living based on the law of the universe.

Every year is a special year and every day is a special day. Every moment, we keep moving forward to an unknown place. In that flow, July 26th, 2017 is the special day. To me, I feel “The time has come”. Because small oak seedlings were planted at the four corners of this ceremony site. These were planted just recently, but I was not particularly paying attention. The seeds were sown, spring came, rainy season came, and I felt sorry for these small trees which had grown a certain size to have to stay in their small pots during the summer. Then I wondered where to plant them, and inspiration came to me to plant them at the four corners of the Miyanoshita place. The significance of this ceremony place was then completed by planting them here.

Seedling of the Himalayan Oak

This oak I named the Himalayan Oak. When I was invited by the Haltora village of Himalaya to visit there three years ago, I took a walk in the village with an eye out for something that I can take home as a memory. There was an oak tree. This oak had some green immature fruits and said to me, “take me along”, so I picked some of them and brought them back with me. After I saw the seeds, only four of them have grown, and these four seedlings were planted at the corners of this ceremony place.

Even though there is no physical evidence, Himalaya is my spiritual birth place. When I came down to the earth about 1000 years ago as my first incarnation, Himalaya was the first land I lived. Then, my Indian friend invited me three years ago to visit Himalaya, I spoke to the mountains of Himalaya and declared, “I am home now”. That was the journey to confirm my roots. As a proof, I am currently at the foot of Mt. Fuji, Japan. Mt. Fuji is the spiritually highest mountain on earth, which is located at the center of a high vibrancy generator of earth, by two tectonic plates that are striking and rubbing against each other. That is the highest energy place, where natural disasters such as earthquakes and eruptions occur, which means rebirth of life is vigorous. This shows the reality of the universe and means that living is a repetition of destruction and rebirth.

Life always repeats change, transformation, and metamorphosis, circulating around, then moves forward to an unknown future. As we live 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, and 40 years, we have never stood at the same position twice. We are born into this world as a baby and since then, we have been living the ‘same’ life. Somehow, we forgot that we cannot exist in the same place more than once, because we are Life. Not only human beings, but the earth and also the entire universe takes that journey. We make an interwoven story of life together with the earth, the sun and the galaxy.

Well, do the current human beings on earth have such a consciousness in their daily life? Probably not. That is why people’s consciousness is at the human consciousness level, and people are trapped with their ego, living with emotion and desire.

Depending on the person’s consciousness level, they encounter the most suitable phenomena among all other possibilities. This is the system of the universe. Why current human society becomes in such a state is that our daily consciousness is at that state, and the appropriate phenomenon occurs for that consciousness. It may sound as if you are punished, but once you know the truth of this system, the thought “How thankful it is!” will gush out from you. That means, a human life comes into being in synopsis with one’s consciousness and likes. All the phenomena tells us about this.

Three years ago, this oak came from Himalaya which is the birthplace of my spirit. If Mt. Fuji is the mountain where the divine wisdom comes down, then that teaching penetrates through Mt. Fuji, enters the earth, and going through magma, it gushes out again to the surface of the ground that is the Himalaya, the mountain where the wisdom comes out of the earth. Before this trip to the Himalaya, we went to offer the dance of the Fuji Sengen Konohana Festival to Kumano, which is called Takamagahara (the heaven of the world) in order to greet the mountain where the wisdom comes out from the earth, in Japan. On the previous day, the weather forecast mentioned that the strong typhoon with 930hPa will hit the area, but when we went there, we hardly even encountered any rainstorm. In the early morning, when we arrived at the Tamaki Shrine at Mt. Tamaki, the inner shrine of Kumano’s three major shrines, the area had been surrounded by very clear air.
After successfully offering the dance, we wandered around and I encountered the lignitized Japanese cedar. It told me, “Take this seed with you”. I took and sowed it. That is this tree planted in the center of this ceremony place.

When I planted this oak, I told Hirocchi, a priest of the Konohana Family, “When you will hold a ceremony 200 years later, it will have grown into a beautiful Kumano cedar, please expect that.” (laugh) It is still a seedling, but the life is surely passed on from the lignitized Japanese cedar of Kumano, Takamagahara, which is heaven on the earth, and has settled here.

Kumano is the home ground of the Kuninotokotachi, the divine of the earth. From this location, Mt. Fuji is on the north-east (Ushitora) direction. Japan is on the Ushitora direction from India, termed the ‘belly button of the earth’. On the terrain of Japan, there is Mt. Fuji. The teaching of the divine went through Mt. Fuji, into the earth through the magma, gushed out of the ground in the Himalayas, gliding though the Ganges river southward, reaching Pondicherry at the southern edge of India, and from the Indian ocean the teaching spread out to the rest of the world. That is a 6500-year history. The current civilization has spread throughout the earth in this way. The time of reset of this civilization arrived during the winter solstice of the Milky Way galaxy, on December 21st, 2012.

Now, the time has come for us to live the next era of this civilization. “We” means all human beings. Fortunately, with the discovery of the Chibanian, it has been proven that the earth magnetic field can (and has) be reversed. I talked about the reverse of the magnetic field for years, without any evidence, but now the time has come where it has been proved. Reversing the magnetic field means values of things will also be reversed.

Life has not been respected in the most current era: People searched for materialistic wealth by destroying life. The coming era is about working along with the preciousness of life, connecting with it and expressing harmony. Our source of life is the Sun. The Earth embodies and expresses that. The next cycle is about not breaking with life through one’s own ego, trying to fill one’s desire to be rich: it is instead about following the law of the universe, collaborating, harmonizing, and living with abundant love. The era has begun. Before now, we could not have express such a simple thing because we loved ourselves based on our ego.

Still, people in the world are searching for wealth in the world of desire, competition, anger and conflict. But, it is impossible to be wealthy by knocking against each other’s energy and making both ourselves and the other worn out. The earth’s ecosystem becomes rich by connecting with each other. That is infinite. Life transforms its form and passes a baton from one form to the next: but there is no destruction. Thus, life creates its network and makes the world abundant. That is exactly the relationship among the Sun, the Earth and other planets. We, human beings also live in this relationship.

You came to the Konohana Family with a special connection. Therefore, you gather together with a special commitment, but do you not indulge in your everyday work? If that is so, we cannot embody true abundance. With this special connection, we gather here together consciously living every day in the flow of what we have committed ourselves to; the commitment all through our life as a base, and live with whatever phenomenon we are given. If one does this, infinite sustainable energy, woven by planets and termed free energy, will appear in one’s life. Human beings do not really know that abundance. When people share everything with others, expressing that we are one with nature and that life is one, enormous abundance which we cannot imagine now will appear on the earth. We will embody that on this land, and as a pioneer of this coming new era we must become an example of that.

In 2014, we also celebrated the Mayan New Year 10OC at the Miyanoshita Place, but with the Venerable Grandmother Na-kin who is the highest priestess of the Mayan Solar tradition. The Mayan ceremony is held today at Tonina Pyramid in Mexico. It is 6:40 am here. On this early morning of July 26th, 2017, it is the beginning of this ceremony to enfold the earth with a wave of prayer. This is the beginning of the earth-scale ceremony with the people who always have consciousness and awareness of the earth like this and live in the universe as an earth being.

Let’s go back to the topic at the beginning.

Depending on what kind of consciousness we have in our daily life, we weave connections for our future phenomena. Therefore, you should not have complaints about what you encounter. Because what you encounter faithfully reflects and embodies your own consciousness. If you complain, that means you complain to others, or the universe, without looking at yourself. If you accept what you encounter bravely and correct your own attitude, the life of each one of us will become abundant and superb. We, Konohana members, have been aware of it and have lived as a model on how to live this way.

I have talked about a lot of things that may be difficult to understand for many people. There is Mt. Fuji in the direction of Ushitora (north-east): the oak tree of the mountain where the wisdom comes out from the earth, and the lignitized Japanese cedar of Takamagahara, the heaven on the earth, have rooted on this land. What I speak of does not have foundation. I have been talking about the reverse of the magnetic field on the earth, and what I meant was the value and life of people who live on the earth will change. There is no logic, but what came down and sprung from me was the truth.

The evil thoughts based on profit-and-loss arithmetic is a person’s egotism and a cling to the material world. However, originally, we are the life that is embodied through the law of the universe. If our heart is beautiful, naturally the wisdom of the universe comes down to us. If our heart is beautiful, infinite wisdom will spring out from us from the beginning to the future of life. That is why we need to improve ourselves. How we can improve ourselves is by always observing what we think and how we live right now, and always consciously live in a thought-pattern and consciousness we can be proud of. In this way, you achieve your everyday goal and role.

If you so do, the universe appears in way of living. The earth’s ecosystem, the infinite chain of life appears in your way of living. This will bring to us a life filled with love, excellence, and abundance.

As I stand here, having talked for some time, the misty rain has stopped. This mist represents the vibrancy of source which creates our life. Please be aware that your thoughts will truly become phenomenon during this opportunity. That is also horrifying because if you have foolish thoughts, that will also become a phenomenon. That is why you need to keep watching yourself. What you should keep watching is your own mind.

Early this morning of July 26th, 2017, it is not only the Mayan New Year. I asserted this message to the people who are living in harmony with the earth’s new era towards the year 3000, with all of you in the form of this ceremony happening at the daybreak of earth’s consciousness.

The universe indicates the infinite world is attainable as a life to us. We would like to express this faithfully without polluting it.

A Revolution of Consciousness Begins with Food

The earth which nurtures crops full of life energy
In the unboundedly vast universe, the earth where we live is a tiny existence like a piece of dust. The network of various lives, called “the ecosystem” exists on earth, which is full of blessings of the divine and earth. Food which is a blessing from the divine and earth are gifts for all living beings. It is a miracle in the universe.

Everything is made of vibrancy
Everything from life to substance are made of “vibrancy” in this world. “Vibrancy” is the source of life energy and the home for all lives. In fact, we take in “vibrancy” through food. The vibrancy of food affects not only the body, but also the mind. We weave our lives in such a chain of vibrancy which everything radiates. Do you know there are foods with vibrancy that destroy lives and the beautiful vibrancy to nurture them?

Let’s look at the current situation with food in the modern era
We eat food which is essential for our lives every day. “Food” is life. “Eating” is a relay of life where eating life and the eaten life become one. It is a joy to become linked and melt into each other and nurture a new life.

However, the current situation with food in the modern era is that many people continue to eat unhealthy food mass-produced for business, do not respect life and weaken their own life energy. The typical example is a slaughterhouse for cows, pigs and chickens. Meat is produced and processed like industrial products, not as “life.” When we eat meat, their vibrancy of fear and grudge through suffering and dying enters our body and pollutes our spirit. This is the most awful matter in terms of eating. Moreover, now that the vibrancy covers the whole earth, the earth has become a spiritually unhealthy planet.

When we change our diet, our consciousness will change
Then, the world will change

Originally, “eating” is sensing the life energy of food (vibrancy) and receiving only what the body needs in order to connect with the lives of this world. An ability to sense what is necessary and unnecessary for itself is equipped in life as life intuition.
A long time ago, humans had a life intuition and lived by avoiding danger in the great nature and food which threatened life. They caught the voice of food, saying “Please eat me. Thank you,” appreciated blessings from nature, and connected their lives to the next generation. However, people have forgotten to communicate with nature along with the flow of the era, have been controlled by desires, and have a blunted life intuition. If life is vibrancy and our life intuition functions orderly, even if the amount of agricultural chemical left in the field is under the standard, we would sense the distorted vibrancy in the food used with agricultural chemical, and would not choose it. However, the modern people are used to unhealthy food which is full of additives. As a result, their senses are so dull and out of order that they even feel that such food tastes delicious.
Now that the current world is full of materials and information, and the era has reached the peak of confusion, in order to revive the original human ability, it is essential for us to purify our mind. If our mind becomes pure, our intuition will become sharp, and the nature of things will come into sight without us thinking. When we become aware of the connection of lives and the original vibrancy, and begin to live with it, a symphony of various lives resound on earth.

What kind of action should we take in order to bring a healthy world on this miraculous planet?

Recommendation for a peaceful and abundant “Brown Rice & Grain Vegetarian Meal”

Abundance to share the food with everyone
Joy to experience genuine food

The earth provides appropriate food to all living beings on earth so that every existence can live healthy. There are various kinds of grains in the world, but rice’s yield per field is the highest out of all grains. Also, when we eat it as brown rice, it is the most balanced food out of all grains. Healthy grains and vegetables, which are nurtured with five natural elements (earth, water, fire, wind and air) and the harmonious spirit, are full of life energy and rich in medical properties. As medicine to cure diseases and food have the same source, food is medicine. There is a world where the more crops people grow, the better the environment becomes, and the more food we eat, the healthier we become.
There are seven important reasons why we should practice a vegetarian diet which does not include meat or fish.

Our Body and Mind, Eels and the Earth are All Happy!
Please Enjoy the Eel-like “Mt. Fuji Himatsubushi”!

ひまどん(修正)

Our café & shop “Lotus Land” had the grand opening on May 5th. Its concept is “peaceful food which are gentle, not only to our body and mind, but also plants and animals in nature and the earth.” Those who have preferred to eat meat before visited and became surprised, saying “What a delicious meal only with vegetables!” People who do not know that this place offers only vegetarian meals happened to come here and became impressed, saying “This deep-fried food is really good! This chicken-like staff is made of devil’s tongue, so it is healthy, too!”
Lotus Land’s specialty is “Mt. Fuji Mimatsubushi”! We took inspiration from the “Hitsumabushi” which is the famous eel dish in Nagoya. “Hitsumabushi” is a Japanese cuisine with grilled eel on rice. Then, “Mt. Fuji Himatsubushi” is a special vegetarian dish which is made of tofu, Japanese yam, devil’s tongue, and burdock as a replacement of Japanese eel which is currently listed as an endangered species. The name of “Hima (meaning a spare time in Japanese) tsubushi” was generated through our thoughts to invite people from the busy world to spend their spare time here.

Let’s protect Japanese eel as an endangered species!
Do you know that the extinction in the modern era is much more rapid and massive than the mass extinction in the past? More than 100 species continue to become extinct every day due to the destruction of the ecosystem. Currently, it is said that about 24,000 species on earth are on the verge of extinction. Moreover, the current extinction is tens of thousands faster than that of the past one. Such a crisis has been progressing around our daily life. Japanese eel is just one example. Due to overfishing and deterioration of the habitant, it is considered to have a high possibility that it will become extinct in the wild in the near future.

To make this world “Lotus Land”
Why are lotus flowers which bloom from mud so beautiful and impressive? It seems like the lotus flowers are telling us that if each one of us goes through muddy and chaotic experiences and learns from them, the true beauty we originally have will bloom. “Lotus Land” also indicates utopia where colorful flowers bloom.

At the beginning of the 21st century, we humans have established society as an outstanding existence out of all living beings on earth. However, the existence has sacrificed many lives and the environment. Therefore, it is casting a dark shadow on the future of humanity. The chaotic mud seems to represent the exact figure of modern human society.

The earth is a miraculous planet in a vast universe. Being a life on earth, being a human who has the highest ability out of all lives, and being yourself is the miracle of all miracles. When humans who are given precious individualities become aware of their originality, the human potential will expand infinitely. The network of awakened humans will expand as the leader of all living beings on earth. A world of diverse lives with unique individualities will resonate with each other in harmony as an expression of the beautiful vibrancy on earth. In fact, infinite possibilities are hidden in that chaotic mud at the same time.

This awakening begins with food which we receive as the source of our life every day. Hope you will spread the vibrancy of harmony and peace all over the world.

“A Thousand Paper Cranes” by Kyoko Kitao from the Konohana Family

Now, a thousand paper cranes are hung on the wall in my room. In Japan, a thousand paper cranes are a symbol of longevity, so they are given to people who suffer from serious diseases. The cranes in my room are what everyone, specifically the children, in the Konohana Family had made when I was hospitalized. I found out that I had cervical cancer about two years ago. Then, I lost a large amount of blood on October 26th in 2016, so I became hospitalized right after that.

Kano-chan, a junior high school girl asked everyone to make them together. Then, all of the members from nursery school children to elderly people made more than a thousand paper cranes in only two days. When the cranes were hung from the ceiling of my hospital room, they were like a pillar of rainbow light.

Thousand Crains

On the day when Kano-chan brought them to me, I was supposed to have an exam to receive radiation therapy. However, I lost a large amount of blood a few days before and after that I had a fever of 38 to 39 degrees Celsius. But, after she came and gave me the thousand paper cranes, my temperature went down suddenly, and I was able to complete the exam successfully. I thought it was impossible for me to do so on that day, so it was a mysterious experience.

The Konohana Family is a big family beyond kinship, where 84 people live together as one family. I gave birth to two children, and in a reached situation like this, my husband took care of me throughout the 24 hours in the hospital. If I lived a traditional life, I might have had many worries such as childcare and housework, but I do not have to worry about anything since I live in such a big family. Not only during my hospitalization, but also daily, biological parents do not have to take care of their own children in the Konohana Family. Before I was hospitalized, I belonged to the vegetable production team and took care of seedlings. And the childcare team takes care of the children, including mine.

Everyone is a mother, a father, a grandmother, and a grandfather for the Konohana children. All of the children are my children, and it is a big family where all of the children are just like siblings. I did not give birth to Kano-chan, but she cares about me in this manner.

When I was hospitalized and a doctor said, “Please call your family,” so many people gathered into my hospital room that they could barely fit in. When the nurses came to my room to check my temperature, they became overwhelmed by the number of family members. When I almost passed out, I was surrounded by so many people, my pain was gone, and I felt better gradually. When I was in critical condition, my family (meaning the Konohana members) was called. However, we laughed a lot in my hospital room in the end, and said good-bye. I even said to them, “See you again, everyone.”

I am really happy to have met such a wonderful family. Furthermore, it is a family beyond kinship. They are people who question the current society and gather to seek a new way of life for the next era. They are a family with “spiritual connections” who are trying to create a utopia together. They are a very important family for me.

I believe that everyone’s thoughts brought me back to this world. When I was sleeping in the hospital, I had many dreams. In one of them, a pillar of light came down from the divine onto my stomach exactly where my cancer existed. It is just like the thousand paper cranes that everyone had made for me.

The power of “thoughts” can curse and kill people like magic, or save them. If everyone unifies their minds and thinks of each other, we can even create a better world.

We do not consider just the Konohana Family as our family, but all people of the world.

Nations fight against each other, and there are even conflicts nationally. Moreover, conflicts do not cease amongst religions, which are supposed to save people. There are political confrontations, and there is also bullying and harassment in schools and work places. Even in small families, or between couples, quarrels occur.

The earth is one and everything is connected. However, borders are drawn everywhere and the earth is divided. When I think of myself, do I have any border in myself? Due to my strong ego, I protected myself, could not express my honesty, and did not understand how other people feel. I protected myself so firmly that it is no wonder that I received cervical cancer.

I received it, reached a dying stage where I cannot do anything by myself, and then I have finally realized that every place around me is full of love. I tried to do everything by myself, instead of depending on other people. I even thought it was better. Reflecting on my past, I think I trapped myself in a really hard shell. Now, I have learned to leave everything to the divine, trust other people, and release myself.

Isadon, the founder of the Konohana Family always says, “I do not have to think of myself. I always think of everyone. I do not need to think of myself because everyone else thinks of me.”

It is a world where everyone thinks of each other. I am you and you are I.

If everyone lives for the earth and humanity, a utopia will emerge on earth. In order to do so, first, I think I should remove the walls I have made around me.

A Record of the Konohana Family:

The Story of the Golden God

A long long time ago, even before the earth and the universe were born, there was only “vibrancy”. That was the eternal and perfect existence where everything matched completely without any distortion. There was only God.

God was bored. “I am perfection, so I cannot know even my existence. My perfect existence cannot know myself due to perfection.” God, the existence of only light, could not see what light is.

Then, God divided one perfect body. He created darkness to know what light is, and the earth to know what divine is. He put the imperfect world in a far place which was opposite from himself. Then, time and space were born. In this manner, time and space were to return to the original oneness again.

As a screw of a music box turns, in the journey to return from imperfection to perfection, this world resonates various sounds and creates music. This is one of a long long story.

The Era When Gods Governed the World

2page-3

How long has it been since the original oneness was divided?

Seven gods, the creators of the universe emerged into the world. From there, multitudinous unique gods were born continuously. They tried to act freewheeling, so the Great God of the Earth preached the rules of the mind severely so that they do not disturb the world. The Great God of the Earth is called “Kunino Tokotachino Omikami” and he got on the wrong side of multitudinous gods due to his severity.

“We cannot stand his severity anymore. What can we do?” Multitudinous gods discussed it and went to the Great God of the Divine. “Could you ask the Great God of the Earth to leave?” The Great God of the Divine received the appeal from the multitudinous gods and told the Great God of the Earth. “I am sorry to inform you, but please leave the front of this world at once. However, the time will surely come when the world reaches a dead end someday. Then, please emerge again and rebuild this world.”

Receiving this, the Great God of the Earth resigned into the direction of the North East (called the direction of “Ushitora” in Japanese), and came to be called “the Golden God of Ushitora” since then. This direction was feared as the “the direction of the demon” and had been sealed.

A long time has passed since then. Multitudinous gods continued to act freewheeling during that period. That is why, the current world is in such wild disorder. The world has come where people always prioritize themselves and strong ones beat weak ones. The time has arrived exactly as the Great God of the Divine said, “The time will surely come when the world reaches a deal end someday.”

The Birth of the Hana Matsuri
(meaning Flower Festival)

The time had passed and it was about 700 years ago.

Some ascetic monks went upstream of Tenryu River from Kumano to the Okumikawa area, Aichi Prefecture. Then, they began to preach the doctrine of ascetic practices to villagers through songs and dances which were popular in the Metropolis at that time. According to the doctrine, disasters of this world are brought by human sins. When people purify their uncleanliness, they can be reborn into a new self. This is the beginning of “the Hana Matsuri,” a nationally important intangible folk cultural asset which has been taken over in Toei-cho in the Okumikawa area.

During this festival, water was drawn from waterfalls and boiled in a pot at a furnace which is located in the center of the festival site, and some dancers continue to dance around it overnight. Then, gods emerged as rising vapor up from the pot, which comes down on the dancers. When such dancers and the audience dance together, people can interact with the gods, purify their uncleanliness, and receive a new life force. A newly reborn life is called “Hana (flower).”

3page

The Hana Matsuri is held in the coldest time of the year. And many kinds of demons emerge during it. Out of all, the demon leader called the Sakaki (meaning a holy tree) Demon is valued the most in this festival as the one who awakens life forces which have sunk deep into the soil during the cold winter.

In modern Japan, demons are hated as an existence which brings disasters. So, on the last day of winter, on February 3rd, Japanese people say, “Get demons out of the house. Invite happiness into the house” and scatter roasted soybeans. However, in fact, demons come to shine light in the darkness within humans’ minds once a year. They shine light into the spiritual darkness of people who have deviated from the original path, and teach them to purify their minds and return to the original path. But, for those who try not to face the darkness of their minds, demons are disagreeable and the source of disasters themselves.

This Sakaki Demon was the figure of the Golden God of Ushitora who was sealed away a long long time ago.

The Third Son Who was Born on May 3rd

%e3%81%84%e3%81%95%e3%81%bf-300x251In 1951, when all of Japan was full of energy during postwar reconstruction, a boy was born in Mino-city, Gifu Prefecture. He was born on May 3rd as the third son, so he was named as “Isami (meaning five, three and three in Japanese).” Later, Isami Furuta became a founder of the Konohana Family and, now is called “Isadon”.

He grew up in a famous family in a local area where his father was a councilperson. He was so shy that he hid his face with a textbook not to be called on by his teacher during class. But, once he stepped outside, he was very naughty. He ran down the terraces with his friends, surrounded by the abundant nature of Mino-city, caught fish in the river, climbed up the roof of the local shrine, and took naps. It was very warm on the roof of the shrine, so it gently warmed his body which became chilled by the river.

Just before he turned 20, the spirit of his grandmother who passed away 5 years ago emerged above his head. He valued his ancestors since he was little, so he thought that she came to him as a guardian spirit. In fact, his job and human relationships brought much better results than his efforts. He married at the age of 21, and started an interior coordinating company with his wife, Ai-chan, in Komaki-city, Aichi Prefecture. At that time, his dream was to increase the number of his shops, earn more money, drive a nice car and have a good life.

The Emergence of Buddha

It was at the end of the year at the age of 30. Isadon suddenly realized that the existence of his grandmother who had been always above his head disappeared. Instead, the figure of a 50-year-old black man emerged. “Who is he?” Even if he talked to the man, there was no answer from him.

After the New Year began, he visited a cave at a quarry in Komatsu-city, Ishikawa Prefecture in January. When he looked at an over two-meter Buddha statue, a shock ran through his body. “This is Buddha.” Even after he left that site, the existence of Buddha intensely remained within his mind somehow.

After he came back home, mysterious matters happened. When he sat alone in his room, the golden Buddha came gliding close to him from his back and stopped above his head. How can he describe this figure? It is just precious. It was such an existence. The golden light shined and it was so brilliant that he could not compare it to anything else.

Tears welled up in his eyes. This is what preciousness is. There is such a world. He felt so grateful that he could not stop crying. “But, why? Why did such a precious existence come to me?” He could not stop crying, thinking like this. Such a state continued for three days.

A few days later, when he practiced meditation, a pain between his eyebrows appeared suddenly. He could not sleep at night on the third day from the emergence of the pain, so he just lied in bed. It was so painful that he could not stand it anymore and screamed involuntarily, “Ouch!!” Then, the pain disappeared suddenly, and something like smoke rose up between his eyebrows.

Somehow, he got a hole between his eyebrows. When he shook his head, he heard the sound of the wind. “There is a hole after all!” Then, he showed his face to Ai-chan, and said, “Hey, I got a hole between my eyebrows.” However, she said, “What are you talking about? There is no hole,” and ignored him. When he looked at his face in the mirror, surely there was no hole. However, whenever he moved, he heard the sound of the wind. “What has happened to me?!” He lied down in bed again without knowing what was happening.

Then, a strange thing happened suddenly. The space around him began to be absorbed into the hole between his eyebrows at a furious speed. He screamed in his mind, “Oh my God!” Something began to flow into it at a full speed.

It stopped after a little while, and the hole on his forehead was closed. He got up. Then, he saw a red bean sized small man wearing monk’s working clothes worshiping him earnestly around 45 degrees diagonally downward from view. “Who is he? I have seen him somewhere.” When he thought like this and looked at the man carefully, it was Isadon himself. “Oh, my God! It is me! Then, who am I??” When he looked at himself, it was a giant Buddha.

Then, he came to understand. “I see. The golden Buddha entered me. I was not good enough, so I cannot live with it and was expelled.”

Isadon Can See the Forms of Human Minds

After a period of time, Isadon began to care about people’s names irresistibly. Many names surged into him like flood from one to the next. On the third day, he could not sleep at night, could not stand it anymore and screamed involuntarily at dawn, “Wooooow!” At that moment, a line was drawn between the first letter of the name and the second one. He could see this showed some kind of law.

This is the beginning of “karma reading.” Names marvelously show unique forms of human minds (karma) which are different from person to person with the law of yin and yang.

He went to various houses on business every day, and mysterious matters began to happen there too. Even when he visited a house for the first time, he came to understand the issues of the house perfectly somehow, and could see how to solve them. Then, he came to give advice to people. When he started to talk, what he had never heard of came out of his mouth. It was not his words but the words of Buddha who entered him. Isadon was always outside of himself, listened to Buddha’s words and learned from them.

Tell the Truth of the Earth

One day, Buddha said to Isadon, “Practice a 1000 day training.” So, he practiced meditation every day for three years since then. When he meditated one day, he moved out of his body. As if a rocket is launched, he rose higher and higher. Finally, he flew out into outer space.

He looked at the earth with the moon at his back. “How beautiful it is… The blue planet is floating in a cosmic space. It was miraculously beautiful. However, something like keloid is seen here and there on this beautiful planet. They were traces of human activities such as cities and destroyed forests. They undermine the earth like skin cancer.”

A thought of a strong confession came up within Isadon’s mind. “It is me, not someone else that has made the earth in such a state. The seed is inside of all humans. I will tell this truth as the one who has realized the true figure of the earth.” Once he decided so in his mind, he was released from this cosmic space gradually, and returned to his body who was practicing meditation.

After he met the spirit of Buddha, he stopped eating meat and fish. He also quit dressing up. Ai-chan lamented like “We are supposed to earn much money and have a good life, but this is not how I understood it.” His parents were worried like, “Our son went out of his mind.”

However, at the same time, some people said, “There is an interesting person.” Such a rumor spread by word of mouth, and people who wanted to listen to him speak and learn about the mind began to gather. They listened to him speak on the second floor of his shop after work every night. There was a time when he continued to talk for 15 hours straight. Like monks who perform cold water ablutions in fall, they exposed themselves to the words which came out from Isadon, feeling like their minds were purified mysteriously, and returned home.

One day, he asked Buddha, “When people gather like this and an organization is created, will I become like a guru of a new religion in the future?” Then, Buddha answered, “Do not create an organization in the next era. People gather. Gather and talk. The truth will emerge from talk. The next world will begin from there.”

“I Feel Painful”

Day after day, it was a continuation of dialogues with Buddha. It was a path for Isadon to deny himself. Egotistic thoughts like “I want to do this and that” came up inside of him. “However, no matter how much I think, what Buddha preached is superior. If so, I should choose that.” While he continued to deny his thoughts in this manner, he was tormented by loneliness as if he would disappear once in a while.

His determination to take this path was firm. Still, he felt painful. He wanted Buddha to understand his pain, so he said to Buddha, “I feel painful.” Then, one word came back from Buddha, “If so, will you quit taking this path?”

Listening to it, Isadon became angry. “There are many people who do not know this precious path and do not take it in the world. However, once people meet this preciousness, who will not take this path? No matter what happens, I will stick to it. But, I am foolish and not appropriate to this preciousness. I feel painful to remove my ego. I just want you to understand my feelings.”

For a while, there was no word from Buddha. Then, Buddha said, “There is no way that you do not understand the preciousness of this path. You must surely know that.”

Buddha always watched and guided Isadon as his father, mother and master. Buddha understood his mind more than anyone else. Isadon was taught to separate from himself and look at himself. Without noticing it, he came to see things beyond his profit-and-loss calculation and intentions. In this manner, he took the path together with Buddha for 9 years since he was 30.

Why Don’t You Walk? You Can Walk.

When Isadon was 39, he met two shamans through a customer’s introduction: Sumiko-san who was 12 years older than him, and Ikuyo-san who was 12 years younger than him. After that, he began to visit Sumiko-san’s place. One day he felt Buddha, who should have been always right above his head, became a little far away suddenly somehow, and Isadon thought something was wrong.

When he went to Sumiko-san’s place, she said to him, “Mr. Furuta, now Buddha is telling you like this,” and she conveyed Buddha’s message. Isadon was surprised. “Buddha always talked to me directly, but why does he convey his message through Sumiko-san today? I felt Buddha has become far away for a while now. Don’t tell me Buddha is about to leave me.”

Then, he talked to Buddha in his mind. “Are you going to leave me? I am still like a baby and have no confidence in walking by myself.”

He did not speak out, but he just talked to Buddha in his mind. Then, an answer came back from Sumiko-san. “Mr. Furuta, it is all right. Buddha is not going to leave you, but he finished his role and is going to rise to the divine. He said he is going to watch you from above.”

When he heard of it, he thought, “What I have experienced until now is true!”

Until then, the dialogues with Buddha were always within his mind. When he began to hear Buddha’s voice, he doubted if he might have gone crazy. However, nothing can be born from doubt. Then, he repeatedly tried to remove the doubt, moved forward and encountered a new world which he could not see until then. As a result, he had nurtured the belief.

However, now an answer for what he thought in his mind returned from someone else’s mouth. “My experiences were not delusion. Buddha does exist.” This was the moment when he became able to believe in Buddha from the bottom of his heart. At the same time, finally he became able to get out of the doubt which he held somewhere in his mind for 9 years since he encountered Buddha.

But, now that he could really believe in Buddha finally, Buddha was about to leave him. He talked to Buddha desperately. “I am still immature like a baby. How can I walk this path without you?” Then, the words came back directly to him without going through Sumiko-san.

“You have grown up fully already. It is only you who thinks you are a baby. Why don’t you walk? You can walk.” Now, Buddha considered Isadon as his friend, not his son or disciple anymore.

Buddha rose higher and higher, and became far from him. Isadon was crying, thinking “Please do not go.” However, at the same time, he knew this time would come somewhere in his mind. This time, words came out from Sumiko-san. “Mr. Furuta, it is all right. You have  enough power to walk by yourself.”

Encounter with the God of the Sun

Isadon got in a car, and left Sumiko-san’s place. Now that Buddha who was with him for 9 years just left, he thought he will not have a dialogue with a spiritual existence anymore.

The voice continued, “I will protect you from now on.” Then, he thought, “I see. Now that Buddha is gone, I have no other choice but to follow this voice.” So, he said to the God, “I appreciate it.” Finally, the path with Japanese gods began after a nine-year training with Buddha.

To the Summit of Japan Before Sunrise

%e5%af%8c%e5%a3%ab%e5%b1%b1%e9%bb%92-624x630It was during Isadon’s 40th summer. A voice said, “Climb Mt. Fuji” which came down to him from the divine. When he asked why, he was told, “Stand at the summit of Japan before sunrise and receive an order.” He had no idea why he needed to climb Mt. Fuji at all. However, he thought, “God said so anyway, so I will do it” and headed to Mt. Fuji.

It was on a weekend, so Mt. Fuji seethed with people. It was his first time to climb Mt. Fuji, so he was very tired. “But, I need to reach the summit before sunrise definitely.” He climbed for his life and made it before sunrise finally.

The Eastern sky became bright gradually. He suddenly noticed something like a star was shining. He thought, “It is what called me here” and said to the light. “Now, I am standing at the summit of Japan as promised. Please give me your order.” It was 4:45 am on August 12th, 1991. Words came down from the divine. “Preach the spirit that you have learned and mastered from the divine, to the whole land under the sun from now on.”

“The land under the sun” means not only Japan, but also the land where the sun shines, that is the whole earth. Isadon promptly thought, “It is impossible. A person like me cannot play such a great role.” However, he asked himself. Buddha said to him, “Why don’t you walk? You can walk.” He thought, “I have learned to polish my mind for nine years. My determination to take this path will be firm in the future, too. If so, what I should do is just to continue to live this spirit.”

When he descended Mt. Fuji, he thought, “It was so hard when I ascended Mt. Fuji. But, now that I have overcome it, I feel like coming back here again. It is very interesting. Climbing is like a life in itself.”

Gods who do not polish their minds

In terms of Isadon’s interactions with gods, he received messages directly or he judged the true intentions of various gods who came down upon two shamans. In such a situation, he questioned about the relationships between gods and humans. People own gods, saying “My God is the best” and gods who are involved with them did not try to correct such people.

Isadon learned from Buddha for 9 years and always polished his mind, so he asked various questions to gods with the sole purpose of learning more. Gods answered with dignity at first. However, when his consciousness became higher and his questions became more difficult, they dropped their heads, saying “I cannot answer your question…” and disappeared. Then, the next god with a higher rank appeared, saying “I will protect you.” This process was repeated, and the gods who protected Isadon changed seven times in total.

When he found out that Sumiko-san spoke god’s words and took money from her believers, he said to her, “You should not deceive people by talking about the gods like that.” Since then, he did not visit her place again. Also around Ikuyo-san, another shaman, gods apple-polish people, and they used the gods, so they did not polish their minds. As a result, Isadon came to hate interacting with gods gradually. One day, Ikuyo-san’s mother said to him, “Mr. Furuta, gods do not feel comfortable about you.”  He thought this is a good opportunity, said, “Then, please excommunicate me,” and left her place.

He felt refreshed. He thought, “I do not need protection from gods anymore. I will be devoted to the path of polishing my mind which has been given from Buddha.” It had been a year since Buddha left him.

Existence and Non-Existence

“I want to tell the way in which people should live and the truth of the universe to people in the world.” Isadon decided to create a training center for the mind where people learn the way of true life in his hometown, so he came back to Mino-city once in a while.

One day, he took a nap in the local shrine on the roof he always did in his childhood. It was a very sunny day, and he was sleeping comfortably, being surrounded by the holy forests.

Suddenly, he felt like someone told him to wake up, and he woke up. When he got up and looked around, numerous gods like armored warriors were everywhere from the stairs of the shrine to the hand rail. When he thought, “What are they?” he heard of a voice. “These existences are gods, too.” That is, the divine world is very broad like a pyramid from the god in charge of operating the universe to the god of poverty. There are various roles, and he was told that each human exists at the foot of the pyramid.

Isadon thought that this year was a time to learn the vast range of the divine world, he said “Thank you” and went down the stairs of the shrine. Clouds were in the blue sky.

When he left the sanctuary of the shrine, he became curious about what came above suddenly and looked up to the sky. Someone was there, looking at him. “What is it?”

He asked the existence that was in the sky. “Who are you?” But, there was no answer. He asked again, “What is your name?”

Then, the existence answered, “I do not have a name.” When he thought, “No name… How can I recognize you,” the existence said, “I am existence and non-existence.” It is the existence of the universal source which is the origin of all gods and everything in this world.

“The Phenomenal World” and “the Potential World”

In this world, there is “the visible world” which consists of visible matters such as the body and substances, and “the invisible world” which consists of invisible matters such as thoughts and minds. These two worlds are called, “the phenomenal world” together. Gods who Isadon had encountered so far were gods of “the phenomenal world.”

Behind “the phenomenal world,” there is “the potential world” where thoughts, life, even time and space do not exist. It is the world of only “vibrancy.” It is the eternal and perfect world where everything matches completely without any distortion. We live in “the phenomenal world”, so we cannot perceive “the potential world” with our thoughts. It is the world where even the concept of existence or non-existence does not exist, and which cannot be specified.

“Existence and non-existence” is the origin of everything in “the phenomenal world” and “the potential world.” It is also the universal system itself which is everywhere in everything.

Long ago, when “the phenomenal world” was created from “the potential world,” the Great God of the Divine called “Amano Minakanushino Omikami” emerged into the empty space. It is the Great God of the Earth called “Kunino Tokotachino Omikami” that emerged as the first god to create “the phenomenal world.” These two great gods express the divine mind of “existence and non-existence” which is the source of universal creation. Gods of “the phenomenal world” who Isadon had encountered so far were multitudinous gods who sealed away the Great God of the Earth.

I Exist Inside of You

Around that time, a Japanese drumming group which was led by people who gathered and learned about the mind under Isadon moved their operating base to Toei-cho, in Okumikawa. Since then, he became involved in the Hana Matsuri (meaning Flower Festival).

It was during Isadon’s 40th winter. One of his friends happened to bring a flyer which said, “Kumano is heaven in the world.” When he saw it, he strongly thought that he must go to Kumano somehow. Then, he happened to get to know people in Toei-cho, who visited Tamaki Shrine, the inner sanctuary in Kumano every month, so he began to visit there together with them. Also, he was asked to visit Ise Shrine after Kumano, by a man whose family traditionally played a role of the demon in an area of Toei-cho.

A few days before his departure, a brochure of a religious group was slipped in the shutter of his shop. When he looked at it, it said, “When people’s minds become beautiful, people begin to listen to the inner voice. It is Kunino Tokotachino Omikami.”  On the way to Kumano, he asked an accompanying woman who the God of Tamaki Shrine is, she answered, “It is Kunino Tokokachino Omikami.”

This was an interesting story. The following three shrines line up marvelously in a straight line from South West to North East toward the direction of Ushitora (North East): Tamaki Shrine which worships Kunino Tokotachino Omikami, the Great God of the Earth, Ise Shrine which worships Amaterasu Omikami, the God of the Sun, and Tsuki (Moon) Shrine which worships Seoritsu Princess who is a wife god of Amaterasu Omikami (Amaterasu Omikami is described as goddess in the myth, but in fact it is god). The ley line of the Earth, Sun and Moon is formed there.

Moreover, Mt. Fuji is located toward the direction of Ushitora as an extension of that, which fall in trajectory of each other at the beginning of the summer (May 3rd, Isadon’s birthday) according to the heliocentric calendar. In the Hana Matsuri, there is a scene where the Sakaki Demon who has the most important role and an old man have a dialogue. As one of his lines, the old man said, “Ise Tensho Kotaijin (meaning the God of the Sun), Kumano Gongen (meaning the God of Kumano), and Fuji Sengen (meaning the God of Mt. Fuji).” Therefore, the name of Fuji Sengen which had no connection with this festival at that time emerged already.

On the way to Kumano, iridescent clouds which were proof of fortuity emerged in the sky. Isadon visited Tamaki Shrine and stayed there at night. The next day, he stayed at Sakakibara Hot Spring. On the next morning, when he was waiting for the train to come to the platform of Sakakibara Hot Spring Station, and head out to Ise Shrine in the snowing weather, a sweet scent was drifting in the air suddenly.

“What is this scent?” He was about to ask above as always. Then, a word came up from underneath, around his abdomen somehow. When he asked why the message came from inside of himself although he always received it from above, an answer came back.

“I am inside of you.”

When he looked up, God existed above, too. However, he heard the voice from underneath (inside). Then, he realized that this is the existence of Kunino Tokotachino Omikami, the Great God of the Earth.

We receive food which is born from the soil to live. Therefore, we are all children of the earth. The soil is the earth, and the Great God of the Earth exists inside of each one of us who are its divided beings. If we polish our minds and transcend our ego, anyone will be able to hear the voice.

Let’s Go to the Foot of Mt. Fuji!

Isadon quit his job on his 40th birthday. He aimed to open a training center for the mind, taking care of his parents in his hometown. However, they did not welcome their son who quit his successful job and came back. No matter how hard he tried to do good things for his parents, he realized that if he pushed his thoughts to people with different values, it will just create unhappiness. So, he decided to leave his hometown. Then, what came up in his mind was Mt. Fuji where he received a message from God before.

“Let’s go to the foot of Mt. Fuji and create a village of Bodhisattvas.” Bodhisattvas mean an existence who consider the health of this world and others’ joy as their own. The village of Bodhisattvas is a place where people connect, help each other, share their joy beyond distinction of each other, and live together.

20 people who resonated with Isadon’s will gathered. Nobody was asked to go together. They felt, “I do not know exactly, but an important life will begin for sure.” Some vacated their houses, some overcame their parents’ strong opposition, and gathered with their own will.

On the spring equinox of March 21st, 1994, the gathering of the Konohana Family, the village of Bodhisattvas, began in this manner.

Invite Demons and Happiness into the House

There has been so much drama for 21 years since the foundation of the Konohana Family. People sensed that this would be an important way of life and became a member. However, each one of us were very immature, were trapped in our ego, and thought of only ourselves. So, we were far from Bodhisattvas.

Isadon treated each member patiently, preached the path of polishing their minds severely, gently and humorously with jokes, and helped them to transcend the frame of self. He himself became a demon and guided some members toward awakening, who were drowned in ego and became blind mentally.

It was exactly the severity of the Great God of the Earth (Kunino Tokotachino Omikami) who was hated by multitudinous gods a long time ago, and the true love to guide wandering people in the darkness toward light.

We do not remember exactly from when, but the Konohana Family began to hold the festival on the last day of winter on February 3rd during the coldest time of the year, where some essence of the Hana Matsuri in Toei-cho was incorporated. We scatter roasted soybeans, saying “Invite both demons and happiness into this house” with gratitude toward demons who shine light into the darkness of human minds, and teach the importance of moving toward the light.

Now, the number of Konohana Family members has become 80. Although each one of us is imperfect, we have tried to transcend the frame of ego and take the path. As a result, a way of life has been created where people with totally different backgrounds think of and support each other, share their minds, and live abundantly. Through such a warm bond, some “miracles” have occurred where people with mental diseases recovered their health one after another although neither doctors nor medicine could cure them.

Various incidents have occurred in the world from depression, suicides, economic collapse, terrorisms, natural disasters due to global warming, to the Great East Japan Earthquake. People have sought their own happiness and lived like “I want more and more.” That is why, the current society has been established. Various events which are occurring in the world give humans pain and suffering. However, through the challenges, doesn’t the earth give us some kind of message?

Fuji Sengen Konohana Matsuri

On December 21st, 2012 when the Mayan calendar marked the end of an era, we had a universally great event. The solar system where we live faced the “winter solstice of the galaxy” of 25800 years.

The winter solstice is the peak of darkness. The solar system which had experienced an increase of darkness entered the cycle of increasing light from the winter solstice. The fact that the amount of light increases means that something we could not see in the darkness will be revealed in the light and the truth will be revealed.

After a New Year began, “the first Fuji Sengen Konohana Matsuri” was held at the Konohana Family on February 3rd, 2013.

This was because a researcher on the Hana Matsuri asked the Konohana Family, which had held some essence of the festival, to take over the Hana Matsuri at the place of Fuji. Local people in Toei-cho taught us how to dance, play the Japanese bamboo flute and drum and how to make decorations of the site. The first Fuji Sengen Konohana Matsuri was held successfully as the place to understand the true meaning of this festival to express “being reborn and purified” and practice it in daily life. The energy of dancing people and gods who gathered from many places was integrated, and the entire site of the festival created a huge vortex. This became the exact place where the unity of gods and people was embodied.

The next year, 2014, during the morning of the festival, the Golden God of Ushitora who looked like the Sakaki Demon came to Isadon. The Golden God said, “With this day, the Golden God of Ushitora has become revealed.”

In such a situation, the Venerable Grandmother Nah Kin of the Mayan Solar Tradition received an inspiration as “Mt. Fuji is a place to connect with the center of the universe” and visited the Konohana Family. On July 26th, 2014, people of the Mayan Solar Tradition held the ceremony to celebrate the Mayan New Year with the Konohana Family in order to spread love to the world, using Mt. Fuji as an antenna. Interestingly, the Venerable Grandmother Nah Kin, who lives on the opposite side of the earth from us, had a vision where a pillar of light came down onto Mt. Fuji from the center of the galaxy; and the energy of love will spread to the entire earth during the same year that the Konohana Family was founded. Twenty years later, people who live under the same determination have met.

If Mt. Fuji is the mountain of divine wisdom which brings down the divine will, the Himalayas is the mountain of earth wisdom, where the will which sank from Mt. Fuji into magma comes out. Its cycle is about 6000 years, which is a quarter of the solar spiral around the galaxy, which has the winter solstice every 25800 years. In November, 2014, at the great historical turning point for the start of the 6000 year cycle, after the winter solstice of the galaxy, Isadon was invited to visit Hartola Village in the Himalayas and Auroville, which is the world’s biggest community in India. This is how he visited the mountain of earth wisdom.

Red Flame Turned into Gold and White Light

It had been 24 years since Buddha left Isadon. He had led this path alone, and had never whined. However, his wavering mind was burning like a red flame inside of him. It is the mind of “I just want people to become aware of the truth.” The flame of passion began to change from red into gold, and finally to white light through his stay in India.

At Auroville, Isadon encountered two spirits: the Mother, the founder of Auroville and Sri Aurobindo, her partner and a philosopher in India. Sri Aurobindo’s spirit, who Isadon encountered for the first time, led Isadon’ eyes toward various things. Whenever he looked at something, Aurobindo said, “I am there,” “I am there, too” and “I am everywhere.” When he thought this spirit exists in everything, words came from Aurobindo like, “I exist in everything, so I am non-existence.” Then, he sensed with intuition that this spirit is the Great God of the Earth, that is the Golden God of Ushitora.

Aurobindo’s spirit said, “You must know me. You have been with me all until now.” When Isadon asked, “You are also inside of me, aren’t you?” Aurobindo answered, “I am inside and outside of you and everywhere.”

The Mother’s spirit gently welcomed Isadon who had burnt himself with red flame like his elder sister. He suffered from duodenal ulcers before he travelled to India, so she said to him, “Come to me. I will heal your burnt body. From now on, I will help your role.” This means that the divine and the earth creates the world together.

Until now, although he told the truth, it did not spread as truth. Without the red flame of passion, he could not take this path. However, if he tells the truth from the bottom of his spirit from now on, it will spread surely. He does not have to burn the red flame anymore. Red flame will turn into gold, and finally into white light.

The era will begin when the divine leads the earth at last. Humans on earth understand and practice it. There is no egotistic will, but only the strength to follow the divine will because the truth is on the divine side, not on the side of ego.

In the Konohana Family’s 21-year path, “the divine law” and “the earth law” always have circulated. “The divine law” is the path of the Great God of the Divine (Amano Minakanushino Omikami) where the divine law comes down as inspiration. “The earth law” is the path of the Great God of the Earth (Kunino Tokotachino Omikami) where humans accumulate their experiences on earth and go up the stairs toward the divine.  What these two Great Gods’ minds manifest is the source of universal creation, “existence and non-existence.” We were all there originally, and now are taking a journey to go back to one again. It is just like the screw of a music box is creating music and returning to its original state.

Isadon says as follows:

Someday, people who govern this nation will come here and ask me. “We have tried to make a truly prosperous nation, but it has not worked well at all. How can we guide this nation rightly?” Then, I will answer like this. “It is not to create a structure or system. Please look at the minds of people who live here. When people can live with a mind like this, the nation will become truly abundant.”

Become Aware of the Truth and True Joy

On January 31st, 2015, the 3rd Fuji Sengen Konohana Matsuri was held, and the Golden God who was represented through a golden demon mask and a white costume emerged. While the Sakaki Demon mask was produced originally here in order to breathe life into it, the inspiration of creating a golden mask came up to Isadon suddenly, which was unprecedented in the tradition of the Hana Matsuri in Toei-cho. The finished mask was not the Sakaki Demon mask anymore, but the Golden God of Ushitora. Therefore, a performance with the Golden God of Ushitora, who was revealed to Isadon, emerged and was incorporated. In this manner, a new life was breathed into this festival which expresses “being reborn and purified.”

A few days before the festival, a soccer ball sized light sphere came down onto  sleeping Isadon at dawn. He wondered, “What is it?” and watched the light sphere which slowly came down from the ceiling. Then, two arms extended from it and the ball began to sing, “I am happy and joyful!” shaking both arms.

Isadon thought, “This is the figure of multitudinous gods who follow the Golden God of Ushitora.” A long time ago, multitudinous gods hated polishing their minds and sealed the Golden God. However, now they are aware of the truth and enjoy the true joy. This is the figure of people who just dance from the bottom of their spirits, become freed from their attached ego, and come back to one.
